Placing an order with Boat Provisions Brighton Marina is taken as acceptance of the terms below.

Ordering & delivery

Orders are taken from 10am Tuesday, with final orders by 3pm on Thursday. We deliver to your craft (under covers only) between 4pm and 6pm on Friday. Once your order is received we will email a payment link; your order is confirmed and final once payment is made.

We deliver to the cockpit of your boat or under covers, so no keys or access are required.

Availability & substitutions

We will do our best to supply all items; however this depends on our suppliers' stock. We may substitute items of equivalent value where necessary. All products are picked and packed for individual orders, so once placed and paid, orders cannot be cancelled.

Food safety

Food hygiene rules require that perishables which should be refrigerated are placed into a cool box or refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery. Boat Provisions Brighton Marina cannot accept responsibility if this is not done in time. Should you be delayed in reaching your boat, we recommend destroying any affected items once the time limit has passed, to avoid spoiling or food poisoning. Chilled and frozen items may be time-sensitive.

Allergens

Some items may contain nuts, seeds, gluten and other allergens. Please consider any allergies or intolerances when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for allergies or food intolerances — please see product packaging for full details.

Payment

Payment is taken via a secure link emailed to you after your order is received. Prices are shown on the order form and include any delivery fee as listed at checkout.
